Every project is scoped and quoted individually based on the requirements you share with us. A quote is not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties; scope changes after confirmation may affect timeline and cost.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed in milestones. Work may be paused if agreed payments are overdue. Fees already paid for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Ownership of custom code, designs and content transfers to the client upon full payment, unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement. Innovalley retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and Clients page unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat client data, business information and project details as confidential, and expect the same regarding our proprietary tools, processes and pricing.
Innovalley Services Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
